Post-Internship Requirements

1. Have your supervisor fill out a performance review document. Get it here. Have your supervisor email me the document or provide him/her with a stamped envelope for the snail mail option. If you cannot afford postage, please see me and I will be happy to oblige. The completed document should be mailed directly to the IC at:

2. Submit the entire contents of the journal and software design document in a Word document to the IC.

   The performance review and all documents mentioned above must be received by the end of the first week of class of the next semester for grades to be assigned promptly.

   
   
3. Prepare a 20-minute presentation (yes, powerpoint/transparencies and all)for a CS seminar class. Presentation will be contingent on availability in the seminar schedule.
   
   
4. Credit for the course will be given upon satisfactory compliance of the above-mentioned criteria.
