Performance Group and Band

We have a separate performance group named "Bistra Voda" (Bulgarian for "Clear Water", or Eau Claire). The group has been together since 1992, and currently consists of nine dancers. We perform a variety of dances from around the world, including dances and suites from Bulgaria, the USA, Romania, Hungary, Poland, Turkey, and elsewhere. We have danced at festivals, events, schools and nursing homes throughout northern and western Wisconsin. We also enjoy teaching dances, and often include audience participation as part of our time with the folk in the audience. Fees depend on the type of event and the distance traveled from Eau Claire.
